Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible shift between 9-5 $15-$20, Possible remote days

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Delmont, PA.
- Our office is open 9-5.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Seton Hill.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
- We have 14 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
